I would like to thank the officers and Committee for making this such a special day and for their generous hospitality.
We set off on Friday looking forward to a weekend away, having persuaded our daughters Sharon & Leona to baby sit the puppies-not a task to be undertaken lighlty-as the girls know from experience.
We arrived at our lodge in the late afternoon, we were to meet Keith & Sandra for dinner around 7.30 so we were able to relax, no dogs to take out, it felt a bit strange but we made the most of it. We enjoyed an evening spent in good company.
We had to be at the venue for 11.30 so we had plenty of time to enjoy a leisurely breakfast before setting off.… I was eager to get into the ring and start my judging, I had a fantastic entry of 122 which Keith said "he thought was the highest entry for a Breed Open show for 2006," I was chuffed.
I enjoyed going over each and every exhibit and thoroughly enjoyed my day spent in the company of Boxer Folk...there's none like em!
